I recently stayed at Hotel De Coo for 4 nights during my trip to explore the beautiful city of Chiang Mai. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They allowed us to check in early in the morning and even provided breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with clean towels provided every day. The location was great, within walking distance of major landmarks and close to night markets. The staff also left snacks and drinks in the reception area throughout the day, which was a pleasant surprise.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and well-equipped with hot water and complimentary toiletries. We also enjoyed the daily housekeeping and the free food available in the lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for us. We were able to easily find food and groceries in the same street, and the hotel was only 10 minutes away from the airport by Grab car. We also appreciated that it was located on the ring road of the old city, making it easy to explore this city.
Nothing.

The location of the hotel was decent, close to some shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was included and tasted good. There was also a nice rooftop area to relax and enjoy the view of the city.
The noise levels were unbearable, couldn't have a good night's sleep at all due to the bustling street below. The rooms were tiny with barely any space to move around, and the amenities provided were minimal.

The breakfast experience could be improved by providing a wider variety of options to accompany the coffee and bananas.

Walking to the airport in the morning was possible which was very useful. the clean and comfortable rooms are equipped with a refrigerator and free daily bottles of water. the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is tasty with local and continental options. Guests can get their hands on coffee, tea, and snacks throughout the day.
The bathroom needs a bit more attention, it was a bit rough-and-ready according to one reviewer.
